Sign in with UNET
Let people sign in to your website or app with their UNET account. They sign in on unet.social; your app only gets a code it exchanges for tokens, never a password or keys.
How it works
- Register your app in the console: a name, your return URL(s) and the permissions you need. A plain sign-in needs only
openid profile. - Send the person to UNET. They sign in (password, authenticator code or a security key) and see what you ask for.
- Get a code back on your return URL and exchange it for an access token. The profile comes from the userinfo endpoint.
It is standard OpenID Connect: discovery at https://api.unet.ovh/oidc/.well-known/openid-configuration, so any OIDC library, Auth.js or framework plugin works without UNET-specific code.
